At Vital Glow Fit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're ready to assist you. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Returns
To qualify for returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They should also be in the original packaging.
Fitness apparel and activewear must be tried on only over undergarments. We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel and undergarments due to hygiene reasons. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Gift cards are excluded from this return policy.
How to Return Your Items
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at vitalglowfit00@gmail.com or call 813-507-2118. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct shipping address.
Carefully pack your item in its original packaging and include your order number and reason for the return. Ship the item back within the 30-day window.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. If you want a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange based on current stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
