Can I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Our pieces are made to order, ensuring every item is crafted fresh just for you. Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. International shipping is $18 for orders under $150. Orders over $150 qualify for free international shipping. Shipping times vary by location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because every Vital Glow Fit piece is custom made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, you're covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No return required. One resolution per order. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Email us at jean@vital-glowfit.com with your order number, a clear photo of the defect or error, and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your resolution options.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a more fitted look.
Do your items run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. Check individual product descriptions for specific fit notes.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on prints.
