All Sales Are Final — Here's Why Every Vital Glow Fit item is custom made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review all product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before ordering.
30-Day Quality Guarantee We stand behind every item we make. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will make it right — guaranteed.
To file a quality claim:
- Email jean@vital-glowfit.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo of the defect or error
Once verified, you will receive one of the following — your choice:
- 🔄 Free replacement shipped to you at no cost
- 💰 Full refund to your original payment method
No return required. One resolution per order. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Defective Items "For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by Vital Glow Fit. For all other returns (size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs."
International Orders The same 30-day quality guarantee applies. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if required. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
