All Sales Are Final

Because every Vital Glow Fit piece is custom made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every item we make. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, damage, or an incorrect item, you are covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee.

To file a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

We will offer you a free replacement OR a full refund — your choice. No return is required. One resolution per order. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

International Orders

The same 30-Day Quality Guarantee applies to international orders. No return is required. Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the original purchase currency. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled while in "In Review" status. Contact jean@vital-glowfit.com. Once production has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

Delayed Shipment Compensation

Small-volume orders: production within 3–7 business days, shipped by day 8. Bulk orders: production within 7–15 business days, shipped by day 16. If tracking isn't provided by those deadlines customer will receive a discount code for there next purchase. Does not apply to delays caused by customer-side issues.

Lost Packages

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
