"Vital Glow Fit offers premium women's loungewear including hoodies, joggers, sweatpants, tees, unisex shorts.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order or using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Vital Glow Fit offers premium women's activewear including leggings, sports bras, hoodies, crop tops, joggers, and accessories. All products are made-to-order using high-quality materials.
We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs when we ship your items and send you a shipping confirmation.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days after processing for US & Canada. International orders (UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand) are delivered within 15-20 business days after processing. All items are made-to-order and processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping Rates: FREE on all US and Canada orders. International orders: $18.00 flat rate. Orders $150+: FREE international shipping. Shipping Locations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS All Vital Glow Fit items are custom made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review all product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before ordering. 30-Day Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Jean@vital-glowfit.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, you will receive one resolution of your choice: a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. No return required. One resolution per order. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Vital Glow Fit or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission.
